Healing Most food and beverage healing sources heal a small amount over time. These effects can be stacked, but take effect over a number of 6 rounds. The maximum healing you can have stacked at anyone time is 20. Round 1 is the round injested, and then the amount of healing goes down by the amount healed, and rounds left goes up by 1 until it hits six, then it goes away. The simplest way to track this is to go use a 20 for the amount healed total, and a D6 to count up. If more is digested reset the HP’S to the new base and reset the countdown to round 1. All healing occurs at the end of your turn.
